2 Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification you may submit a counter notification to us including the following information

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name address telephone number and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your district or if outside the United States the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or their agent

3 Repeat Infringers

vixagxyz reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights

4 Modifications

vixagxyz reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date
